Alliance Boots

Boots, the retail division of Alliance Boots, celebrated their 160th anniversary year in December and held a VIP event to celebrate the occasion at Altitude 360° in Millbank Tower, London.

Create.

GPS were asked to work closely with the Alliance Boots events team to produce all event support material. This included a printed invitation, an animated email invitation, attendee information document, 12pp event brochure, raffle ticket and a set of pull-up banners.

Communicate.

The event was a huge success and was attended by all senior members of staff across the whole group as well as many other major players in the industry.

Countryside Alliance

The Countryside Alliance works for everyone who loves the British countryside and the rural way of life. The Alliance is a politically non-aligned organisation with over 107,000 members and GPS has been working with them since their inception 10 years ago.

In order to bring greater attention to countryside issues and the people who live there, the Countryside Alliance sought to spread the word about its manifesto, encourage sign-up to the cause and to expand the number of its members. The Countryside Alliance worked with GPS to develop the concepts and materials to support this campaign which will be used throughout 2009.

Create.

As part of a relationship that has been held since the Alliance was formed, GPS were responsible in the delivery of the campaign.

  • Manifesto
    • Design and production of 20pp brochure
    • Design of the Manifesto logo adhering to the existing Countryside Alliance guidelines
    • Specific 'rosette' iconography was also developed to support the manifesto
  • Distributional Material
    • Design and production of 150,000 A5 postcards requesting signatures, to be used throughout 2009
  • On event presence
    • Design and production of Countryside Alliance stands and banners to be used throughout 2009

Communicate.

Countryside Alliance will have a high profile presence at many large scale events during the summer of 2009. The Alliance has already received a high number of signatures from the introduction of the postcard and the manifesto brochures have been delivered to over 1,000 targeted luminaries who offer a significant influence in political circles.

Alliance Healthcare

Leading pharmaceutical wholesaler Alliance Healthcare produce a monthly ‘Promotions Book’ highlighting the best products on offer that month. Packed alongside this is a full product listing for their over the counter products as well as a separate price list for their medical and surgical products. These packs are then distributed to over 5,000 independent pharmacies across the UK.

Create.

GPS produce all aspects of the the three publications each month, including design and artwork, studio photography of the pack shots and management of the print and fulfilment.

Communicate.

These packs form a key part of the Alliance Healthcare sales and marketing strategy and they look to us to provide a seamless and efficient service, something we have done for many years.

Lazard Asset Management

Lazard  represents a highly recognised asset management house, employing over 235 investment personnel worldwide, with offices in 10 different countries globally and with over £52 billion in assets under management. As with all companies, interim and year-end reporting represents a critical service, both for stakeholders and for accountability purposes.

GPS has enjoyed working with Lazard for 11 years in the production of these half-yearly reports.

Create.

GPS works in conjunction with Lazard's in-house marketing department and their administrators to ensure that all documentation conforms to accountability standards, is delivered on time, and in three different languages.

Communicate.

The reports are delivered to a global roster of investors.

MJ Gleeson, a group specialising in urban housing regeneration, residential property maintenance and land trading, approached GPS to design and produce their Annual Report.

Create.

Once a bold and vibrant look and feel had been approved, GPS managed the design and artwork of the 120pp report, working closely with the Financial Director, and also handled the print, fulfilment and delivery.

Communicate.

Following the successful publication of the Annual Report we started working closely with the HR department and subsequently created Gleeson Focus, an internal newsletter distributed to all staff.

GSK wanted to produce a document to instruct dispensing doctors how to prescribe ReQuip, a drug used in the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease, to their patients as it consisted of a particularly complicated dosage regime.

Create.

GPS created a leaflet that illustrated all the relevant information clearly and succinctly whilst maintaining the look and feel of the brand previously created.

Communicate.

The leaflets were produced in the form of a pad, allowing doctors to tear off sets and distribute to patients.

GSK

Listen.

Sunley Holdings specialise in new and refurbished homes and commercial property investment. They were looking to update their main corporate website (www.sunley.co.uk) as well as build a new website for their heritage living arm, Sunley Heritage (www.sunleyheritage.co.uk).

Create.

The main website was built in a clean, corporate and modern style displaying all past, current and future developments. The website incorporates Flash elements to help illustrate the properties and give the website a strong image-led feel.

The Sunley Heritage website build also included the design of an overall look and feel for the company.

Communicate.

Both sites have been well received since their launch, helping Sunley boost their sales and marketing communications.

Institute of Hospitality

The Institute of Hospitality is a professional body for managers working in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industries.

Create.

The IoH often have a requirement to highlight the set of Management Qualifications they have developed, or other facets of the industry that they are involved in promoting, and over time GPS have created an overall style for their adverts ensuring consistency.

Communicate.

As a next door neighbour to us, we have worked with the IoH for over 3 years and continue to work on ad hoc projects and campaigns.
