Green Is The New Black

In these days of an ever increasing awareness of the environment and our carbon footprints, it is reassuring to know that GPS Visual Communications is taking every step it can to reduce wastage and to be as environmentally aware as possible. We have had our own environmental policy in place in the office for quite some time and we are consciously using print suppliers who comply with the regulations and standards required of them.

Most of our print suppliers are ISO 14000 certified and are also members of the FSC and the PEFC.

The quality of recycled materials has vastly improved whilst the cost has become much more affordable.

If a client has a specific environmental policy then we will do our very best to accommodate this in partnership with our print suppliers, whether it involves using recycled materials, vegetable oil-based inks instead of mineral oil-based ones, or simply choosing a print supplier who is geographically local and therefore will burn less fuel in delivering the goods.
