What Do You Want To Know?
Is there something you've always wanted to know about graphic design or printing? Maybe there's something about websites that's been bugging you?
In this section of our website, GPS will address some of the issues that clients ask us from time to time. Hopefully this will build up into a useful resource for anyone wanting to learn the basics of print, graphic design and digital media. We've already got a few topics lined up and they will be added soon:
- Colours in print. What does CMYK stand for? What's the difference between a spot and a Pantone?
- Colours on screen. What does RGB stand for? How do colours used on a computer monitor differ from those used in print?
- What are the different forms of printing? What are their pros and cons?
- Search engines. Why doesn't my website come top of Google?
- How to choose keywords for a website. What do keywords actually mean?
- Should I register lots of domains for my website?
